MANAGING DIRECTOR AND VICE PRESIDENT

Samuel is a Co-President of RCM, Co-Manager of RPM and a Managing Director and Vice President of RPC and along with Lawrence C. Raia, co-manages the day to day operations of the firm. He also is a member of the RPC Board of Directors. Samuel has over 20-years of experience in the real estate industry and has completed more than $1.5 billion in real estate transactions. Prior to joining RPC, he was a Director of Asset Management for Prudential Real Estate Investors, the real estate investment management business of Prudential Financial. In this capacity Samuel had primary asset management responsibility for the Real Property Partnership; a mixed asset portfolio consisting of 20 properties valued in excess of $220 million. Prior to joining Prudential he was a Senior Associate in the New York office of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Real Estate Group providing audit and business advisory services. Samuel holds a B.S. in Management with a focus on Accounting and a B.A. in Theology from Boston College as well as an M.S. in Real Estate Development, Renovation and Rehabilitation from the Schack (formerly Silverstein) Real Estate Institute at New York University. Samuel was a member of the Boston College Track and Field team all four years and holds the all-time school record in the Javelin throw. He serves his community as President and co-founder of Homes Fit For Heroes. HFFH provides free, furnished apartments to wounded U.S. Special Operations service members and their families while they are recovering from severe injuries.

Lawrence is a Co-President of RCM, Co-Manager of RPM and is a Managing Director and Vice President of RPC and along with Samuel A. Raia, co-manages the day to day operations of the firm. He also is a member of the RPC Board of Directors. Previously, he was the Director of Self Storage for RPC leading the overall marketing, operations, and financial management of the self-storage business. Lawrence has over 21-years of operations, sales, service, and marketing experience. Prior to joining Raia, Lawrence was Executive Vice President and Global Managing Director of Client Development for Risk Management Solutions (RMS), a leader in catastrophe risk management software and services. Prior to RMS, Lawrence was a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting. Lawrence has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University. Along with Samuel A. Raia, Lawrence co-founded Homes Fit For Heroes, Inc. in 2009. HFFH provides free, furnished apartments to wounded U.S. Special Operations service members and their families while they are recovering from severe injuries. Lawrence also serves his local community by serving as President of the Board of Directors at The Saddle River Day School.

Joseph is an advisor to the management team, and serves on the investment committee overseeing all Raia-family investments. He has over 46-years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. Prior to founding RPC, Joseph was an Executive Officer for Raia Industries Incorporated. In this capacity, Joseph provided the strategic leadership and supervision in the areas of equipment and personnel. Joseph attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and Rutgers University.

Lawrence is an advisor to the management team, and serves on the investment committee overseeing all Raia-family investments. He has over 46-years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. Prior to founding RPC, Lawrence was an Executive Officer for Raia Industries Incorporated. In this capacity, Lawrence provided the strategic leadership in the areas of sales, quality control and engineering. He was also instrumental in the acquisition of plant sites, construction of concrete and aggregate plants, quarry development and site reclamation. Lawrence holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, an MBA in Management from the Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New Jersey. Lawrence serves his community as a Trustee for the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Zoning Board member in the borough of Saddle River.

Samuel is an advisor to the management team, and serves on the investment committee overseeing all Raia-family investments. He has over 41-years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. Prior to founding RPC, Samuel was an Executive Officer for Raia Industries Incorporated. In this capacity, Samuel provided the strategic leadership which resulted in Raia Industries’ transformation from a small concrete business into New Jersey’s largest ready-mix concrete producer and a major producer of sand, gravel, stone and asphalt. Samuel holds a B.S. in Accounting from Seton Hall University as well as an M.B.A. in Management from the Fairleigh Dickinson University. Samuel serves the State of New Jersey as the New Jersey State Republican Chairman, was a Delegate to the 2012 Republican National Convention and served on Governor Christie’s Department of Transportation Transition team. He is the former Mayor of Saddle River, is a board of trustee member of the Hackensack University Medical Center Foundation and is a member of the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Commerce and Industry Association.
