Samuel S. Raia

Samuel is an advisor to the management team, and serves on the investment committee overseeing all Raia-family investments. He has over 41-years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. Prior to founding RPC, Samuel was an Executive Officer for Raia Industries Incorporated. In this capacity, Samuel provided the strategic leadership which resulted in Raia Industries' transformation from a small concrete business into New Jersey's largest ready-mix concrete producer and a major producer of sand, gravel, stone and asphalt. Samuel holds a B.S. in Accounting from Seton Hall University as well as an M.B.A. in Management from the Fairleigh Dickinson University. Samuel serves the State of New Jersey as the New Jersey State Republican Chairman, was a Delegate to the 2012 Republican National Convention and served on Governor Christie's Department of Transportation Transition team. He is the former Mayor of Saddle River, is a board of trustee member of the Hackensack University Medical Center Foundation and is a member of the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Commerce and Industry Association.
